With 2020, just around the corner I wanted to take some time to write out my goals for the next year. I’m really excited about what’s in store and I’m excited to be giving myself the opportunity to grow. I’m focusing on three areas faith, health, and personal growth. The first area is my faith and my goal for 2020, is to do daily devotions and journal about what I have learned. I also want to keep a prayer journal for the year too, so if you are reading this and you ever need prayer hit me up. 🙂 The second area is health. My goal for 2020, is to hit my half way point to my goal weight. So, as of right now, my goal next year is to drop 61.6 lbs. Another health goal of mine is to help encourage and inspire others through my journey. Being healthy is so much more than losing weight. It’s about learning self-care, balancing your life to have less stress, feeling good about yourself, and loving yourself. I hope that I’m able to build relationships with people who feel the same way I do about being healthy and we can encourage each other along the way. My last goal area is my Masters. I need to get all my stuff in by April 6th to be considered for enrollment in May. So here is to writing my personal statement. It gives me anxiety just thinking about wiring it but I know I can do it! A bonus goal I have is to plan and take a vacation next year, the first step to doing this is picking when and where. Once I figure that out the rest will come easy enough. What are some of your goals for 2020?
